Job summary

Withum is seeking an experienced Cost Segregation Senior Manager/Principal to join our Forensic & Valuation Services team. This national practice leader will build and lead cost segregation engagements for commercial and residential real estate, coordinating with regional leaders.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in cost segregation or related tax services, strong leadership, business development, and the ability to mentor a growing team while expanding opportunities nationwide across East

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Master's degree, MBA, CPA, or other relevant credential preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in cost segregation, tax consulting, engineering-based tax services, or related field.
• Proven experience leading and growing a professional services practice or business unit.
• Strong knowledge of cost segregation methodologies, tangible property regulations, and depreciation strategies.
• Strong business development experience with revenue growth.
• Experience building, mentoring, and managing teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and client communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership across geographic markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead national Cost Segregation practice and drive market growth.
• Develop scalable processes and best practices for cost segregation services.
• Mentor and develop cost segregation professionals.
• Collaborate with regional, industry, and national leadership.
• Lead business development initiatives and manage pipeline and revenue tracking.
• Represent Withum in industry organizations and client-facing events.
