The Cigna Group is seeking a Client Account Support Senior Manager to lead a team of Implementation Managers, driving large-scale onboarding and renewal strategies for complex National clients. You will collaborate with sales, brokers, and cross-functional partners to align objectives with execution and deliver strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or related experience.
3+ years of people leadership experience.
Experience leading high-profile national client implementations.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute implementation strategies for complex National clients.
Lead a team of Implementation Managers to ensure successful onboarding and renewals.
Partner with sales, brokers, clients and cross-functional stakeholders to align goals with execution.
Drive risk management and optimize resources across client portfolios.
Influence executive stakeholders and drive scalable, high-impact solutions.
