Southwire Company LLC is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to grow distributor revenue and manage key partner relationships remotely within the assigned territory. You will develop channel strategies, lead sales communications, and drive product launches and promotions to maximize profitability.

The role emphasizes training, analytics, and collaboration with sales leaders to strengthen distributor performance and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of experience required.
• Prior experience with channel partners or distributor sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages key channel partner relationships and sales programs within the defined territory.
• Develops channel strategies and drives distributor revenue growth.
• Leads weekly sales communications with sales leaders.
• Drives product launches and monitors post-launch performance for adjustments.
• Develops and executes annual/quarterly promotions to maximize profitability.
• Provides training and e-Learning to promote product portfolio awareness.
