Optimum is seeking a National Channel Manager (NCM) to guide relations with Agents and Sub-Agents in our National Partner network. You will oversee onboarding, training, quoting, marketing, and sales flow support, while aligning resources with business objectives for profitable growth.

Lead a trusted advisory relationship, craft value propositions, and identify opportunities for new offers, markets, and MDF programs. Build ROI on partner investments and coordinate field support.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of experience in marketing communications or related field.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive growth through marketing initiatives.
• Strong organizational, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to articulate ROI and business impact of marketing efforts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
