Job summary

Optimum Communications Inc. is seeking a National Channel Manager to lead relationships with Agents and Sub-Agents and to drive revenue growth with our National Partners. You will onboard, train, and quote, while aligning channel objectives with Optimum’s strategies across marketing and sales initiatives.

The role requires managing programs, MDF funds, and initiatives to optimize partner performance, and building solid business value propositions to grow the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience with 5+ years in marketing communications.
• Proven leadership to shape growth and marketing strategy.
• Strong organization and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strategic planning with ability to drive change and KPI-driven decisions.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Agents and Sub-Agents and the national partners.
• Onboard, train, quote, market and assist sales flow.
• Develop business objectives and joint plans with channel partners.
• Build ROI on partner investments and MDF programs.
• Coordinate resources and ensure timely field support.
