Optimum is seeking a National Channel Manager to manage relationships with Agents and Sub-Agents of our National Partners. You will onboard, train, quote, and provide sales flow support while coordinating with local channel teams to meet business objectives and drive profitable revenue growth for Optimum.

The role requires 8–10 years in marketing communications or related fields, strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing communications, advertising or related fields
• Leadership to drive growth vision and marketing strategy
• Strong organizational and project management skills with cross-functional collaboration
• Strategic marketing planning with KPI establishment and performance analysis
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities

Responsabilidades

• Onboard, train, quote, and assist sales flows for Optimum's national partners
• Develop and nurture relationships with Agents and Sub-Agents
• Coordinate resources across product, marketing, and sales to unlock opportunities
• Advise on new offers, markets, promotions, and MDF funds to grow partner revenue
• Advocate for partners through policy and program implementations and ROI analyses
