Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead national data analytics efforts for underwriting, renewal and client decision-making.

This remote-friendly role supports IOA Benefits Group with data collection, interpretation, reporting, and proactive advisory work for carriers and clients.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of analytics and benefits experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field
• Knowledge of underwriting, funding, and healthcare pricing tools
• Experience rating and claim cost projection know-how
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and consultative solution development skills
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support data analytics activities on a national scale
• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial data
• Deliver data-driven insights for client decisions
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, and business development
• Create reports and dashboards communicating complex data clearly
• Develop analytics methodologies and reporting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support objectives
