Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an accomplished Attorney Recruiter to lead the firm’s national talent strategy. You will partner with senior leadership to identify, engage, and recruit top attorneys across the United States, building long-term pipelines and shaping the firm’s hiring roadmap.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, rapid candidate engagement, and collaboration with Managing Partners to support nationwide growth and an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of recruiting exceptional attorney talent nationally and at scale.

Responsibilities

• Drive national attorney recruiting strategy across designated regions and practice areas.
• Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top legal talent.
• Own attorney pipelines from initial engagement through hire, building a scalable network.
• Partner with Managing Partners and senior leadership on critical searches.
• Develop a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience using insights and analytics.
