Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; at least five years of experience in talent management, human resources, professional development, attorney development, or a related field within a law firm or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops, recommends, and implements strategic initiatives to strengthen associate engagement, connection, and retention.
• Partners across Legal Talent to develop integrated talent strategies, programs, and learning opportunities.
• Monitors trends and market practices, translating research into recommendations for firm programs and practices.
• Collaborates with Marketing/PR to strengthen the firm’s associate talent brand.
• Develops reports and recommendations regarding key associate talent metrics and trends.
• Leads communications supporting associate surveys, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Serves as liaison to the Firmwide Global Committee on Associates.
• Partners with HR on the annual non-partner lawyer year-end evaluation and compensation process.
