Responsibilities

• Develops strategic initiatives to strengthen associate engagement, connection, and retention.
• Partners across Legal Talent and HR to design integrated talent strategies and learning opportunities.
• Monitors market trends and translates insights into recommendations for firm programs.
• Collaborates with Marketing to strengthen the firm's talent brand and communications.
• Develops reports and presentations on key talent metrics and trends for leadership.
• Creates communications supporting surveys, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Supports the Chief Legal Talent Officer and governance committees on priorities and progress.
• Assists with annual non-partner lawyer year-end evaluation and compensation planning.
