Wisnik Career Enterprises, Inc. seeks an Attorney Recruiting & Development Specialist for its New York office to lead end-to-end attorney talent acquisition and contribute to onboarding and recruiting operations improvements.

You will drive full-cycle recruitment for lateral hires and temporary attorneys, collaborating with hiring partners and firm leadership to craft search strategies and present strong hiring recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of attorney recruiting experience in a top-tier law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with partners and senior leadership.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for lateral associates, partners, and temporary attorneys from search through onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring partners and firm leadership to develop search strategies and provide hiring recommendations.
• Review resumes, conduct initial associate interviews, prepare candidate presentations, and manage candidate communications.
• Oversee interview coordination, candidate tracking, and recruiting databases; provide guidance to a Recruiting Assistant.
• Administer the offer process, including compensation recommendations, offer letters, conflicts clearance, and background checks.
• Coordinate new attorney onboarding and integration, including orientations and follow-up evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and procedures.
