Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an accomplished Attorney Recruiter to shape the firm's national attorney talent strategy, partnering with senior leadership to identify, engage, and recruit top lawyers across the country.

This role drives sourcing, builds pipelines, and collaborates with Managing Partners to ensure a fast, high-volume, high-quality hiring process for a nationally distributed practice.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience recruiting attorneys, with Personal Injury, litigation, or other legal environment preferred.
• Proven track record of recruiting attorney talent nationally and at scale.
• Experience in a high-growth, professional services environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive national attorney recruiting strategy across regions and practice areas.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top legal talent.
• Own attorney pipelines from initial engagement through hire, building long-term relationships.
• Partner with Managing Partners and senior leadership on critical searches and market insights.
• Develop a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience using data and analytics.
