Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead data analytics, underwriting support, and client advisory work on a national scale. Remote work with Florida options, longwood, FL as supporting location, and 5-7 years experience preferred.

You will partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefit teams to deliver insights for underwriting, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic client decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or actuarial science.
• Strong analytics, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with underwriting concepts and healthcare pricing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support national analytics activities for IOA Benefits Group.
• Gather, analyze, interpret underwriting, claims, and financial data.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for client discussions.
• Collaborate with producers, account teams, carriers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry practices.
