Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead and support analytics activities on a national scale. You will collect, analyze, interpret, and report data to guide underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic client decisions.

You will partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver data-driven insights, develop dashboards, and support client outcomes while promoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution‑development skills
• Experience with underwriting, funding arrangements, and analytics
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision‑making
• Provide data-driven insights to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses
• Deliver data‑driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance
• Partner with Producers and Benefits teams by providing analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively
• Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices to improve consistency and results
• Utilize and evaluate analytics, reporting, and BI tools to enhance client outcomes
• Analyze trends, benchmarking data, and financial metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
• Recommend and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, analytical capabilities, and service delivery
• Collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, Account Teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders to support client objectives
• Maintain clear and consistent communication regarding analytical findings, recommendations, and client activities
• Provide analytical guidance and support team development through knowledge sharing
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting methodologies, funding arrangements, analytics tools, market trends, and industry best practices
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and established analytical procedures
• Demonstrate integrity, leadership, accountability, and professionalism in all interactions
