Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead national data analytics activities, collaborating with Benefits teams to deliver insights for underwriting, renewals, and client decisions. Remote Eastern Time Zone and Florida-based support with on-site opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with underwriting data, funding analyses, and healthcare pricing tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative solution‑development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision‑making.
• Deliver data‑driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly.
• Partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, Account Teams, and carriers to support client objectives.
• Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices to improve consistency and results.
