Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Experience in underwriting, funding arrangements, and financial risk assessment preferred.
• Strong analytical and consultative solution-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support analytics activities on a national scale for IOA Benefits Group.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, and financial data for client strategy.
• Deliver data-driven insights to support underwriting evaluations and renewals.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development.
• Create reports and dashboards communicating complex information clearly.
