You’ll collect, analyze, and report data, support underwriting and funding decisions, and deliver client-focused insights in collaboration with benefit teams and producers.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, sales support, and operational excellence in a remote/Florida-focused work model with potential on-site needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution-development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Interpretation: Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy.
• Underwriting Support: Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Client Consulting: Deliver data-driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Sales Support: Provide analytical backing for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Reporting & Presentation Development: Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations for complex data.
• Analytics Process Management: Develop analytics methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Technology Optimization: Use BI tools to enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze trends and benchmarks to identify optimization opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to efficiency, reporting accuracy, and service delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, Account Teams, carriers.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication of findings and recommendations.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide analytic guidance and support team development.
• Technical Expertise: Stay current on underwriting methodologies, funding, analytics tools, and trends.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures.
