Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant for Employee Benefits to lead and support data analytics nationwide, translating underwriting, claims, and financial data into strategic client insights. You will partner with senior consultants, producers, and benefits teams to drive informed decisions and strengthen program performance.

The role emphasizes dashboards, reporting, and analytical methodologies, with remote options in the Eastern Time Zone and Florida.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science).
Knowledge of underwriting, rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles.
Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution-development skills.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision-making.
Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
Deliver data-driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
Partner with Producers and Benefits teams by providing analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices to improve consistency and results.
