Job summary

Power Systems West in Boise, Idaho seeks an Account Manager – National Accounts to schedule technicians’ work for a designated region, acting as the bridge between customers and our technician team to ensure exceptional service.

You will develop strategic account plans, manage service call invoicing, and build strong relationships with procurement teams and facility managers, coordinating scheduling to optimize efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of dispatching and scheduling service technicians or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Excellent internal and external customer relations skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong phone skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate with outside vendors for preventive maintenance, planned repairs, and emergencies within response times.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and profitability for national accounts.
• Perform service call invoicing timely and accurately.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, facility managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business.
• Serve as the primary contact for national customers ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians’ time efficiently to maximize skill alignment and minimize drive time.
