Job summary

CompuNet, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support the Safe & Smart Workplace team.

This role is primarily in-office, with close collaboration across sales, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth quotes, orders, and deliveries. You will coordinate with Account Managers, Solution Engineers, and vendors to maintain accurate records, monitor shipments, and resolve issues quickly while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with quoting, order processing, procurement, or customer account support.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in quotes, proposals, and documentation.
• Process customer orders accurate and timely through distributor and manufacturer channels.
• Track order status, shipments, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain customer records and sales activity in systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure pricing and accuracy.
