The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Risk Control Executive Consultant, CAG, in the United States. You will serve as a subject matter expert in risk assessment and loss control, consulting with clients on high complexity risks across multiple industries and lines of coverage while guiding less experienced consultants.

You will spend substantial time with clients, travel as needed, mentor teammates, review assessments, and contribute to strategic initiatives within the Risk Control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, construction management, basic sciences, or a related technical field.
• Eight or more years of multiline risk control or risk management experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
• Certification in one or more relevant industry-designations or licenses such as ASP, ARM, CSP, CFPS, CIH, CPE, etc.
• Coaching and talent development skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a consistent field presence, spending 20% to 50% of the time with customers.
• Independently prepare, conduct, and complete technically detailed risk assessments of high complexity to evaluate hazards and risk factors.
• Apply expert consultative skills with clients to implement risk control measures to reduce losses.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service focused on risk reduction.
• Mentor and coach less experienced consultants and serve as a technical resource for peers and clients.
• Review and sign off on risk assessments and recommendations on high-skill accounts.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects that drive continuous improvement across Risk Control.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices by pursuing relevant training and certifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
