Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN, high-capacity and fiber networks.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Aufgaben

• Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop market strategies to identify new and existing MDU projects.
• Negotiate competitive MDU sales agreements using ROI data.
• Present proposals to MDU owners/associations to secure Bulk agreements.
• Negotiate service agreements based on strategic/financial criteria.
• Interface with C-suite executives, owners, board members, lawyers, and developers.
• Coordinate sales projects with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Engineering.
• Develop proposals/contracts aligned with company standards.
• Respond to competitive threats and negotiate favorable resolutions.
• Create relationships with competitive accounts to pursue opportunities.
• Support contract administration processes.
• Ensure Bulk customer rates are maintained and rate increases notified.
• Present to industry associations about Charter solutions.
• Provide weekly status reports to Sales Management.
• Attend national industry functions and trade shows.
