Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent training, education and experience.
• 5+ years managing multi-national or global sales organizations for a national telecom service provider.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Network of C-level contacts to position Spectrum business services nationally.
• Ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time.
• Valid State driver's license and safe driving record.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and directing sales organizations.
• Expertise in Social Selling and prospecting.
• Proficient in database management including CRM tools such as Siebel or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate National Account Managers and Executives to exceed targets.
• Coordinate recruiting, training, and development to build a cohesive unit.
• Oversee daily administration with reports, plans and business cases in CRM.
• Conduct weekly sales staff meetings and reviews to drive performance.
• Attend sales calls to support client engagement and opportunity development.
• Provide weekly forecasts, summaries and funnel reports for strategy.
