Charter Communications, operating Spectrum, seeks a seasoned sales professional to serve National Accounts and MDU markets, negotiating bulk service and ROE agreements and expanding market share and revenue.

You will engage with owners, executives and boards, develop strategic proposals, and manage contract negotiations. Travel up to 50% may be required as you grow Charter solutions across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years sales experience exceeding revenue quotas, preferably in MDU environments.
• Experience drafting and negotiating proposals and contracts in cable/real estate related industries.
• Recent experience negotiating long-term ROE/MOU/agreements with MDU owners.
• Familiarity with cable industry operations and contract review/ proposals.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and secure MDU sales agreements and ROE terms.
• Develop market strategies to retain and acquire National Account business.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Government Relations and Operations on sales projects.
• Prepare and present proposals to property owners, boards, and executives.
• Monitor rates and ensure bulk customer pricing accuracy.
