Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Senior Account Executive to negotiate and document ROE and Bulk agreements for residential MDU properties, working with developers, owners, and management firms. You will prepare ROI proposals and contracts while aligning with corporate guidelines and leading a small team as needed.

The role requires strong English communication, strategic planning, and experience in negotiations at an executive level across multiple markets. Travel up to 50% is possible.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English flawlessly.
• Experience negotiating proposals and contracts in cable/real estate industries is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and document Rights-of-Entry and Bulk agreements for residential MDU properties.
• Prepare ROIs, proposals, and contracts in line with guidelines.
• Lead or support a small team of Account Executives and manage relationships with multi-family projects.
• Provide weekly status reports to Sales Manager or Director.
