Job summary

W.W. Williams seeks a National Accounts Service Coordinator to act as the operational backbone for national fleet accounts. You will manage service requests, provide proactive updates, and collaborate across branches to ensure seamless customer experiences.

The role demands strong organization, calm under pressure, and clear communication with multiple internal teams and customers. A background in fleet/service coordination is preferred, with exposure to fleet management tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer service, account coordination, service dispatch, or operations role.
• Ability to manage multiple open issues with accuracy and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication, even with demanding customers.
• Experience with CRM platforms and service/dispatch software to track work and generate reports.
• High organizational discipline; can maintain detail under pressure.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, interrupt-driven environments without losing focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for service requests and fleet accounts.
• Coordinate across branches and service teams to ensure timely updates.
• Communicate with customers and provide daily status updates.
• Resolve issues and escalate when needed to maintain service levels.
• Administer accounts and generate regular reports.
