Job summary

Ardurra in Dallas, TX seeks a National Fleet Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day administration of the nationwide vehicle fleet. You will onboard drivers and vehicles, manage registrations, and ensure accurate lifecycle data across Wheels and internal systems.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in corporate fleet environments, experience with 400+ vehicles, and a proven ability to prioritize competing needs, analyze data, and drive process improvements that reduce cost and downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in corporate fleet or fleet management.
• Experience supporting fleets of 400+ vehicles.
• Experience with driver onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle administration.
• Experience managing vehicle registrations, renewals, assignments, and transfers.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and telematics.
• Previous experience with Wheels preferred.
• Experience supporting nationwide fleets preferred.
• Experience with telematics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for the Fleet Department for drivers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding for drivers, including setup and system enrollment.
• Coordinate addition of new vehicles and ensure data accuracy in fleet systems.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and assignment with drivers and dealerships.
• Manage vehicle offboarding including sales, transfers, and disposals.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and lifecycle documentation in Wheels and internal systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate timely vehicle transfers.
• Monitor telematics and address driver/vehicle issues; escalate when needed.
• Review vehicle connectivity, mileage, location, and utilization data.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact with Fleet Management Company.
• Assist with fleet reporting, inventories, and utilization reviews.
• Support development and implementation of fleet processes and continuous improvement.
