Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a National Accounts Service Coordinator in Irving, TX to act as the operational backbone for the national accounts program.

You will be the single point of contact for service requests, repairs, and customer concerns from fleet accounts, coordinating across branches while keeping customers informed. This non-call-center role requires strong organization, calm under pressure, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer service, account coordination, service dispatch, or operations role — ideally in a multi-location or field service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open issues simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and follow-through on every one
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable delivering both good news and bad news to demanding customers with clarity and calm
• Experience working with CRM platforms and service management or dispatch software to track open work, log interactions, and generate reports
• High organizational discipline — a natural system-builder who does not let things fall through the cracks under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment without losing attention to detail on the work already in progress
