Responsibilities

• Serve as financial resource for National Accounts, overseeing client financial reports, data and trend analysis, year-end financial accounting, 5500 reporting, monthly revenue projections, bank reconciliation reports, and internal management reporting.
• Manage client billing and reconciliation, partnering with internal and external contacts to ensure accurate and timely billing, and provide financial support for the RFP process, new client implementations, and the addition of new products to existing clients.
• Partner with Account Executives and Client Services teams to meet and exceed client expectations, participate in client meetings, account audits, and strategic planning processes while preparing materials and historical information to support renewals and underwriting.
• Review and document current financial processes, provide information for internal audits, monitor key financial parameters, and maintain awareness of MetLife's and competitors' products and industry trends.
• Serve as a key resource to the Customer Unit, applying strong knowledge of group products, services, and systems, and participate in cross-functional project teams supporting National Accounts initiatives and operational effectiveness.
