The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office weekly, with a salary range of $54,100–$82,800 annually and potential incentives. Strong Excel and AI fluency are valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to use AI to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial resource for multiple National Accounts clients with reports, analysis, and monthly projections.
• Manage client billing and reconciliation and support RFPs and new client implementations.
• Partner with Account Executives and Client Services to meet client expectations and support renewals.
• Review financial processes, support audits, and monitor key financial parameters.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects supporting National Accounts initiatives.
