Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years experience supporting account relationship management.
• Experience in watch, jewelry or luxury industries preferred.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Pull sales reports from retailer portals for distribution.
• Support Business Units by collecting and organizing sell-through reports for analysis.
• Download and validate reports from retailer portals for Finance Department memo billing.
• Develop relationships with retailer teams to support brand needs.
• Coordinate materials for special projects and account presentations.
• Attend retailer and internal product and marketing meetings supporting account management.
• Communicate with accounts on cancellations and order extensions.
• Update purchase orders in NAV, ERP system; review inventory levels with Account Managers.
• Review weekly replenishment orders to maximize fill rates.
• Report style suspensions to account when a style is sold out.
• Coordinate with Planning on assortment updates and opportunities.
