Citizen Watch America is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York to support the General Manager in driving store productivity and top-line sales. You will help analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and develop action plans to boost performance, while ensuring excellent customer service and brand presentation.

You will also recruit, train, and develop staff, manage payroll budgets, and maintain accuracy in operations and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail jewelry and watch experience highly desirable.
• Flexible with work schedule including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Achieve store’s sales and profit budgets through motivation and control.
• Develop a selling culture in the store and model exemplary customer service.
• Support General Manager with payroll budgeting and staffing.
• Assist in recruiting, training and retaining store staff.
• Monitor weekly schedule for optimal talent, payroll and coverage.
