Job summary

BME in Kentucky is seeking a National Account Coordinator to organize technician schedules, prioritize service requests, and communicate with customers to ensure timely service delivery. The ideal candidate has dispatching experience, excels in a fast-paced environment, and can balance customer expectations with operational needs while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a commercial environment.
• Prior experience in a coordinator, scheduling, or administrative support role.
• Strong customer service and client communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Experience in service, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with BuildOps software is a plus.
• Experience filling warranties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize incoming service requests and enter into the system for dispatching.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and service status.
• Manage and adjust schedules throughout the day to accommodate urgent service needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
• Collaborate with technicians and management to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours scheduling and dispatch needs.
• Ensure service calls are completed in a timely and organized manner.
• Maintain assigned accounts and serve as the primary point of contact with the customer.
