National Courier Express is seeking a highly organized National Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative to support our medical logistics operations across multiple states. This field-based role blends dispatch coordination, customer service, driver training, and new account setup to ensure safe, accurate, and compliant deliveries.

The ideal candidate has healthcare courier experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to patient care, HIPAA and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of healthcare courier dispatch experience.
• HIPAA and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens certifications required.
• Experience managing multi-state or high-volume dispatch operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily courier routes across multiple states.
• Communicate with clients, patients, and drivers professionally.
• Onboard and train drivers on routes, compliance and safety.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, DOT, and DEA regulatory compliance.
• Maintain dispatch logs, PODs, and delivery documentation.
