Job summary

FSS Technologies in Kentucky is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to build and maintain daily schedules for service calls, inspections, and maintenance. You will assign work to technicians based on location, skill, and parts availability while keeping customers informed of arrival times.

This role does not supervise staff and focuses on dispatch accuracy, timely records, and coordination with the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of scheduling, dispatch, service coordination, or customer service experience.
• Experience in fire, security, life safety, HVAC, or field service preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and service platforms such as FieldHub.

Responsibilities

• Build, publish, and maintain daily and weekly schedules for service calls, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Assign and dispatch technicians based on location, route efficiency, and parts availability.
• Open and close work orders to maintain accurate records of assignments and activities.
