Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or support.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in initiating, coordinating, and closing projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and task tracking with stakeholders.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
• Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and presentations for reviews.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings; capture agendas and minutes.
