Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Service Coordinator in Nashville, TN. This onsite role supports scheduling and dispatching technicians for startups, repairs, and maintenance, while handling customer inquiries and coordinating with operations and management.

You will manage time tracking, invoicing, and warranty processes, with exposure to AP/AR tasks and OSHA compliance. Industry knowledge and experience with service software are a plus for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4+ years in amechanical, electrical, or plumbing service field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for jobs (startups/repairs, warranty, maintenance).
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to the right resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians.
• Coordinate job startups and communicate scheduling to customers.
• Invoice and bill customers.
• Assist in local AP/AR and ensure payment is received.
