Job summary

Daikin Applied in the Washington DC area seeks a Service Coordinator to manage scheduling, dispatching of technicians for start-ups, repairs, and maintenance. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate warranty parts, and ensure accurate time tracking for billing purposes.

The role involves AP/AR tasks, inventory coordination, and close collaboration with service leadership to ensure smooth jobs and timely communication with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years in MEP service; boiler or installation exposure preferred.
• Experience with Astea Alliance or similar service-tracking software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for jobs (start-ups, repairs, maintenance).
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to the right resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians.
• Coordinate start-ups and keep customers updated on scheduling and progress.
• Invoice and bill customers; manage local AP/AR functions.
• Coordinate warranty parts and shipments; process paperwork for close-out.
• Maintain information in Astea Alliance and keep records up to date.
• Ensure all paperwork (P.O., etc.) is filed with the job.
• Organize inventory processes and support local operations.
