Qualifications

• Experience working with HVAC Technicians (preferred).
• Experience with Astea and/or any other service tracking software.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance with supervisor input.
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to appropriate resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians and coordinate startup communication with customers.
• Invoice and bill customers; assist in local AP/AR functions and ensure payment.
• Coordinate warranty administration, parts orders, and shipments; maintain ERP data.
• Support new hires with paperwork and OSHA logs; ensure proper filing and close-out of work orders.

Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Nashville, TN - OnsiteYour Responsibilities:Work with Technician Supervisor and/or Operations, Service Center or District Manager in scheduling and dispatching of technicians for jobs (Startups/repairs, warranty, maintenance)Handle customer inquiries and routes questions of technical nature to the appropriate resourceTracking of time and attendance for techniciansCoordinate job startups and maintain communication with the customer regarding scheduling for the startup and follow-up on jobs in progress/completedInvoice and bill customersAssist in performing local office AP/AR functions and follows up with customer to ensure that payment has been receivedCoordinate warranty administration process, parts orders, and track shipmentsAnswer telephones and greet customers while maintaining professional and courteous customer contactAssist new hires in the completion of their new hire paperwork, complete employer required sections of forms (I-9) and ensure that it is sent to Human Resources on the new employee’s first day of employmentMaintain OSHA logsEnter all information and maintain information into Enterprise Resource System.
