Qualifications

• Experience working with HVAC Technicians (preferred).
• Experience with Astea and/or any other service tracking software.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance with supervisor input.
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to appropriate resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians and coordinate startup communication with customers.
• Invoice and bill customers; assist in local AP/AR functions and ensure payment.
• Coordinate warranty administration, parts orders, and shipments; maintain ERP data.
• Support new hires with paperwork and OSHA logs; ensure proper filing and close-out of work orders.
