Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Service Coordinator to schedule and dispatch technicians, manage customer inquiries, and oversee billing and documentation for service jobs from our Richmond Service Center. This onsite role supports startups, repairs, and maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a mechanical/electrical/plumbing service field, strong Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with service-tracking software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service field.
• Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance.
• Route customer questions to the proper resource and handle inquiries.
• Track time and attendance for technicians.
• Coordinate startups and communicate scheduling updates with customers.
• Invoice and bill customers.
