Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a friendly host/hostess to greet and seat guests, coordinate reservations, and provide courteous information about the resort's dining options.

You will maintain daily menus and guest flow, answer calls, and help ensure an exceptional guest experience. Prior restaurant or F&B experience is preferred; high school diploma required, English proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
• Minimum six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or related work experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly according to party size and guest preferences.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and provide information about restaurant or hotel services.
• Anticipate guest needs and recognize regulars by name to personalize service.
• Maintain daily menus and develop knowledge of all menu items and daily specials.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons' policies and work rules; collaborate with team members.
