Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a NAMR Commercial Excellence Director to lead and scale the commercial agenda across North America. You will oversee a 3-person team and partner with regional and global leadership to drive client relationships, procurement, and account operations initiatives.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and change management to accelerate growth and embed best practices across offices and functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, with leadership in a matrix environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in commercial excellence, sales enablement, or strategy and operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive NAMR commercial agenda across offices, practices, and functions.
• Lead the NAMR Commercial Excellence team (3 staff) and oversee programs like Relationship/Proposal Excellence.
• Collaborate with Global Client Team to shape agenda and embedding best practices.
• Manage senior stakeholders (MDPs, Partners, CCOs) and drive adoption of new tools.
• Lead change management for new processes and CRM initiatives.
• Contribute to cross-office strategy and communications across NAMR.
