Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks an NAMR Commercial Excellence Director to lead and scale the commercial agenda across North America. You will manage a team of 3, drive Relationship Excellence, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Procurement to embed best practices across offices and practices.

You will partner with senior leaders, shape operating models, and oversee programs that accelerate growth and client impact. This is a hybrid role with office presence required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, with BCG or professional services experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial excellence, sales or BD enablement, client development, procurement, or strategy and operations
• Track record of designing and scaling programs adopted across a distributed organization, with measurable results
• Demonstrated change management and influence at senior levels, with no reliance on formal authority
• Strong analytical skills, with comfort setting metrics and reporting on them
• Experience partnering with Finance, Legal, or Procurement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead NAMR Commercial Excellence function and oversee a team of 3 across offices and practices.
• Set strategy, align priorities, and drive adoption of programs like Relationship Excellence and Proposal Excellence.
• Scale the commercial agenda across offices, functions, and practice areas by embedding easy-to-use tools and content.
• Manage senior stakeholders (MDPs, Partners, CCOs) to maintain alignment and momentum behind initiatives.
• Run integrated communications across Client Team pillars and lead select operations projects.
