Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a NAMR Commercial Excellence Director to lead a North America initiative that grows relationships and drives the commercial agenda. You will oversee a three-person team, shape program strategy, and partner with regional and global leaders to accelerate growth across offices and functions.

You will manage Relationship Excellence, Proposal Excellence, procurement, and account operations, while driving change management and measurable outcomes, reporting to the NAMR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree preferred.
• A track record in commercial excellence, sales enablement, or client development is expected.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Legal, or Procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead NAMR Commercial Excellence and oversee a team of 3.
• Drive programs like REx, PEx, and procurement to support account growth.
• Scale the commercial agenda across offices, practices, and functions.
• Oversee communications across Client Team pillars and coordinate with senior leadership.
• Set outcomes, coach staff, and manage staffing as priorities shift.
