Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience to support employee development through training program.
• Oversees all new hire training for technical performance and Forbes standards.
• Adapt training methods to meet diverse learner needs and assess training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Providing guests with professional nail services that exceed their expectations.
• Cleaning assigned work areas after every service and being knowledgeable of sanitary procedures.
• Professionally informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities within the spa and throughout the hotel.
• Maintaining continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin requirements.
• Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.
