Kohler Co. is seeking a Finishing Spa Lead Trainer to drive guest satisfaction through expert service and leadership in spa operations in Kohler, WI. The role emphasizes training, SOP development, and maintaining high standards across all spa functions.
The candidate will oversee onboarding, lead the team when the Lead is away, and ensure ongoing education and compliance with state requirements while meeting retail and service goals.
Location: Kohler, WI
The primary focus is to support the commitment to customer care by efficiently, and effectively providing the highest level of service. Must have excellent working knowledge of all services, products and procedures within the spa. Together they will strive to ensure our guest’s comfort and satisfaction. Our goal is to exceed our guests’ expectations every time they visit our spa.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide the highest level of internal and external customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes. Team members are responsible for upholding consistency in all standards. A direct line of communication will be on-going among fellow associates regarding needs and concerns. A professional demeanor must be presented at all times.

The hourly range for this position is $15.90 - $23.80 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
