The candidate will oversee onboarding, lead the team when the Lead is away, and ensure ongoing education and compliance with state requirements while meeting retail and service goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in licensed field.
• Oversees all new hire training for technical performance and Forbes standards.
• Participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs).
• Manage additional projects as assigned by Lead.
• Helps manage schedule of associates and in-house trainings.
• Mandatory attendance in-house trainings.
• Acts as Lead when Lead is out.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of guest service per Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes standards.
• Uphold cleanliness standards across spa areas and treatment rooms.
• Educate guests on services and at-home care products.
• Meet retail sales goals and educate guests accordingly.
• Maintain continuing education per State requirements.
• Adhere to Kohler and Forbes policies.
• Perform special event treatments at various locations as needed.
