Kohler Co. in Lincoln Park, IL, is seeking a Nail Technician Lead to deliver professional nail services and lead staff training in a full-time, onsite spa setting. You will maintain sanitation and educate guests about services, products, and spa offerings within the Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.
standards. The role requires strong communication, coaching, and adaptability to diverse learners, with shifts typically 8:00 am–8:30 pm on weekdays and weekends.

To provide the highest level of internal and external customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes. Team members are responsible for upholding consistency in all standards. A direct line of communication will be on-going among fellow associates regarding needs and concerns. A professional demeanor must be presented at all times.
This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 8:00 am - 8:30 pm.
