You will accelerate growth for Molykote and Multibase portfolios, expand distributor channels, and build strategic customer relationships across automotive, industrial, and packaging segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in specialty lubricants, additives, or related markets.
• Proven success leading sales teams and growing distributor networks across North America.
• Experience managing distributor networks, strategic accounts, and OEM relationships.
• Strong business development skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead NA commercial organization and achieve revenue, margin, and objectives.
• Drive growth of Molykote and Multibase portfolios through strategic customer engagement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across North America.
• Develop and implement NA commercial strategy aligned with global priorities.

• Travel up to 60% to support customers and partners.
